Kuncanowet Hills Manufactured Home Community is an environmentally sensitive community developed in complete harmony with its natural surroundings. The park is located in Weare NH, a small, rural town, about 20 minutes from Concord or Manchester, NH, and about 60 minutes from Boston, MA. The town of Weare sits amongst mountains and hills including Mt. Dearborn, Mt. Wallingford, Mt. William and Mt. Misery. Two rivers flow through the town, the Piscataquog and Middle Branch.
Kuncanowet Hills was started in the 1960's from an idea that Bill Boisvert had shortly after graduating from high school, and is still owned and managed by the Boisvert family. It has slowly developed into a quiet, friendly, country community. The wooded park is a nice respite away from the city, with many trails and outdoor activities available year round.
We currently have 46 home sites with a mix of families, singles and retired folks. The management at Kuncanowet Hills strives to supply the best in service at a reasonable price and a pleasant atmosphere to raise your family or retire. Our community can accommodate your new custom home purchased from us in either single or double wide models.
Included services in your monthly rent are water, septic, road plowing, weekly trash and recycling pickup and mail delivery. The school bus stops for all three Weare schools which are considered some of the best in the state.
